Kathryn the owner has been in the jewelry, antique and art business for over 30 years. She is the daughter of a much respected Midwest antiques dealer and third generation collector of fine things. She has BA degree in business and advertising from MSU and worked in the advertising industry in MN, MI and WI. Gemstone, our store mascot is a mix of fun, fur and fine security. She was once a rescue and now works all hours we are open for very low wages. She is not for sale yet by far the most valuable “Gem” in the store.
